Drunken Cookies
Social Media Strategist & Content Lead · 2024 to present
The challenge
A cookie brand with several locations in Puerto Rico and no real online sales channel.
What I did
- Built the content strategy and a weekly production system: on-site shoots, editing, and my own voiceovers.
- Run $4K to $5K a month in Meta Ads and the budget for creator partnerships.
- Lead a 3-person marketing team (a Meta Ads specialist, a publisher, and a content creator) and oversee a 7-person social operations team that handles DMs and online sales and escalates collaborations and paid promotions to me. I set the ads strategy and decide which content gets promoted.
- Brief smaller creators every month with a clear objective, and they create to my direction.
- Secured the brand's spot in PR Fashion Week and lead the partnership, logistics, promo content, and on-site coverage.
Why it worked
Consistency and real people. The brand shows up every week without depending on the owner, and a customer-generated content program (product in exchange for content) outperformed paid influencer deals at a fraction of the cost. Online sales went from zero to more than $18,000 a month.
The proof
- 3,131Purchases driven by 109 ad videos I made, Sep 2025 to Aug 2026 (Meta Ads data)
- $4.56Average cost per add to cart across all of them, inside the brand's $3 to $5 range for its best ads
- 349Purchases from a single video, "Box Straight to Your Door"
- 1.3MViews on the top ad, a free-delivery announcement
Best-selling ad
"Box Straight to Your Door"
- 349Purchases, the most of 109 ads
- 4,627Adds to cart
- $2.96Per add to cart, below the brand's $3 to $5 benchmark
Why it worked: it answers the one doubt that stops an online cookie order: will it arrive fresh? In 17 seconds the viewer sees the full box, the cookies coming out of the oven, the FedEx pickup and the box arriving the next day. No claims, just the delivery experience, shown step by step.
